Target Information
CD48 (Blast-1)은 Ig 초과가족 중 CD2 하위군에 속하며, CD2, CD58, CD84, CD150, CD229, CD244 등과 상호작용하여 세포 간 접착을 매개합니다. CD48은 GPI-anchored 단백질로 혈액세포에서 광범위하게 발현되며, 2B4에 대한 고친화성 리간드이자 CD2에 대한 저친화성 리간드로 작용합니다. NK 세포와 NK-T 세포 간의 2B4-CD48 상호작용은 세포 증식을 조절하며, CD48 신호전달은 호산구 활성화를 유도합니다. 또한 CD48 발현은 여러 감염성 질환에서 증가하며, PNH 환자에서 GPI 앵커 결함 탐지 마커로 활용됩니다. 알레르기성 기도 질환 병리에도 관여할 수 있어 알레르기 비염 및 천식 치료의 잠재적 표적이 됩니다.
