For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
HSPB7 encodes a small heat shock protein that can heterodimerize with similar proteins. Defects in this gene are linked to advanced heart failure and may act as a tumor suppressor in the p53 pathway, with associations to renal cell carcinoma.
