RB6-8C5 단클론 항체는 마우스 Ly-6G (Gr-1) 단백질(21–25 kDa)에 반응합니다. Gr-1은 GPI-결합 단백질로, 골수 내에서 발달 단계에 따라 조절되며 과립구 및 단핵구 표지에 사용됩니다.
eBioscience 시험 결과, RB6-8C5는 Ly6c 고발현 세포도 염색할 수 있습니다. Ly-6G 특이적 표적 연구 시에는 1A8-Ly6G 항체 사용이 권장됩니다.
Applications Reported:
Flow cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry (frozen, paraffin), Cell depletion 등에 사용 가능. Functional assay에는 Functional Grade RB6-8C5 제품 사용을 권장합니다.
Applications Tested:
