Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned, and individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates.

Target Information
SRC is a cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase and proto-oncogene involved in embryonic development and cell growth regulation. It associates with various cell surface receptors to facilitate signal transduction and plays roles in cytoskeletal organization, cell cycle control, and apoptosis.
Phosphorylation of Tyr416 activates SRC kinase activity, while phosphorylation of Tyr527 inhibits it. Mutations in the SRC gene are implicated in malignant progression of colon cancer. The SRC gene is located on human chromosome 20, and two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified.
