Product Specific Information
Heat-mediated antigen retrieval is recommended prior to staining, using a 1 mM EDTA buffer, pH 8.0, for 10 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Following antigen retrieval, incubate samples with primary antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
A suggested positive control is tonsil tissue.
Target Information
DNA-binding protein IKAROS functions in the specification and maturation of T lymphocytes.
It interacts with a critical control element in the terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase promoter and with promoters for other genes expressed during early stages of B-cell and T-cell development.
