Target Information
ULK1는 세린/트레오닌 단백질 키나아제로, 영양 결핍에 대한 세포의 자가포식 초기 단계에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. ULK1의 보존된 C-말단 도메인(CTD)은 단백질의 조절 기능과 위치를 제어합니다. ULK1의 발현 억제는 자가포식 반응과 라파마이신 유도 자가포식을 모두 억제하며, 이는 ULK1이 mTOR 하위 경로에서 작용함을 시사합니다. ULK1은 FIP200 및 ATG13과 복합체를 형성하며, 이 복합체는 영양 결핍 유도 자가포식에 필수적입니다. FIP200과 ATG13은 ULK1의 전자가포체(pre-autophagosome) 위치 지정과 단백질 안정성에 중요합니다. ULK1은 mTOR 경로에 의해 영양 결핍 의존적으로 인산화됩니다.
