Target Information
IL-3Ra (Interleukin-3 receptor subunit alpha) is part of the type I cytokine receptor family and forms a heterodimer with the common beta (CDw131) subunit. It mediates IL-3 signaling and is overexpressed in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) blasts compared to normal hematopoietic cells, making it a potential therapeutic target.
