Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CTLA4 (Cytotoxic T-Lymphocyte Antigen 4) is a CD28-family receptor mainly expressed on CD4+ T cells.
It binds ligands CD80 and CD86 on B cells and dendritic cells with higher affinity than CD28.
Unlike CD28, which enhances T cell activation, CTLA4 inhibits T cell function and contributes to immune regulation.
Intracellular CTLA4 is also present in regulatory T cells, playing an essential role in their suppressive function.
