Target Information
NME1은 높은 전이성을 가진 세포에서 mRNA 발현이 감소된 것으로 확인된 유전자입니다. Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK)는 A(NME1)와 B(NME2) 아이소폼으로 구성된 헥사머 형태로 존재합니다. 이 유전자의 돌연변이는 공격적인 신경모세포종에서 발견되며, 두 가지 전사 변이체가 보고되었습니다. 또한 NME1과 인접한 NME2의 공동 전사로 인해 두 유전자 산물의 서열을 공유하는 융합 단백질(NME1-NME2)이 형성됩니다.
