Target Information
Aurora kinases are a conserved family of mitotic serine/threonine kinases, including Aurora A, B, and C.
They are associated with mitotic structures and play critical roles from G2 phase to cytokinesis.
Functions include centrosome duplication, chromosome bi-orientation and segregation, cleavage furrow positioning, and ingression.
