Product Specific Information
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
CDC7 is a cell division cycle 7 homolog protein critical for the G1/S transition and DNA replication initiation. It is expressed in many normal tissues, but overexpression may be associated with neoplastic transformation in certain tumors and cell lines. CDC7/DBF4 kinase promotes S phase progression by alleviating inhibitory activity in Mcm4. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been detected.
