For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

LSm11 is a 360 amino acid nuclear protein belonging to the LSm subfamily of snRNP Sm proteins. It contains an N-terminal domain essential for pre-mRNA cleavage and binds specifically to U7 snRNA, playing a role in cell cycle regulation and cell growth.
The LSM11 gene is located on human chromosome 5, which spans approximately 181 million base pairs and represents nearly 6% of the human genome.
Deletions in the p arm of chromosome 5 result in Cri du chat syndrome, while deletions in the q arm or complete chromosome 5 are associated with therapy-related acute myelogenous leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome.
