Target Information
ITK (IL2-inducible T-cell kinase)는 T 세포에서 발현되는 티로신 키나아제로, SH2 및 SH3 도메인을 포함합니다.
이 단백질은 T 세포의 증식 및 분화에 관여하며, Tec 패밀리 비수용체 티로신 키나아제에 속합니다.
이 패밀리에는 Tec, Itk (Emt 또는 Tsk로도 알려짐), Btk, Bmx, Txk (Rlk로도 알려짐), Dsrc28C가 포함됩니다.
모든 구성원은 SH3 및 SH2 도메인을 가지며, Txk 및 Dsrc28C를 제외한 단백질은 PH 및 TH 도메인을 N-말단에 포함합니다.
Itk는 CD28과 결합하여 CD28 결합 후 활성화됩니다.
