For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Apolipoprotein A4 (ApoA-IV) is a plasma O-linked glycoprotein found in HDL and newly synthesized chylomicrons.
Although its full physiological role is not completely defined, ApoA4 is implicated in the reverse cholesterol transport pathway, facilitating cholesterol movement from peripheral cells to the liver.
