Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Apolipoprotein A4 (ApoA-IV) is a plasma O-linked glycoprotein and a major constituent of HDL, also present on newly synthesized chylomicrons. Although its physiological function is not fully identified, in vitro studies suggest involvement in the reverse cholesterol transport pathway, facilitating cholesterol movement from peripheral cells back to the liver.
