For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

Apolipoprotein A4 (ApoA-IV) is a plasma protein that becomes an O-linked glycoprotein after proteolytic processing. It is a major constituent of HDL and is also found on newly synthesized chylomicrons. Although its physiological function is not fully understood, evidence suggests ApoA4 participates in the reverse cholesterol transport pathway, moving cholesterol from peripheral cells back to the liver.
