이 항체는 Calyculin A 처리된 human A431, rat PC12, rabbit fibroblast 세포의 SDS-PAGE 면역블롯에서 Talin의 분자량에 해당하는 약 240 kDa 단백질을 검출합니다. Lambda phosphatase 처리 후에는 검출되지 않습니다.
Target Information
Talin은 세포-기질 부착 부위의 다기능 단백질로, 다양한 조직과 세포 유형에서 발견되는 고분자량 단백질(225–235 kDa)입니다. Talin은 filamentous actin이 존재하는 접착 복합체의 세포질 면에 위치하며, 주로 adhesion plaque 및 fibronectin 아래의 fibrillar streaks에서 발견됩니다. Talin은 vinculin 및 integrin과 같은 adhesion plaque 단백질과 상호작용합니다.
