For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

PSMA7 is a component of the 20S core proteasome complex involved in the proteolytic degradation of intracellular proteins. The 26S proteasome, formed by association with two 19S regulatory particles, is essential for ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins, maintaining protein homeostasis by removing misfolded or damaged proteins.
The 20S proteasome also mediates ubiquitin-independent protein degradation when associated with PA200 or PA28 complexes, contributing to processes such as spermatogenesis and MHC class I antigen presentation. PSMA7 also modulates HIF-1A activity, influences hepatitis C virus translation, and facilitates androgen receptor nuclear translocation.
