Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve ~1 mg/mL concentration.

Target Information
PSMA7 is a component of the 20S core proteasome complex responsible for proteolytic degradation of intracellular proteins.
It associates with regulatory particles to form the 26S proteasome, enabling ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins.
The 20S proteasome also mediates ubiquitin-independent degradation, crucial for processes such as spermatogenesis and antigen peptide generation.
PSMA7 regulates HIF-1A transactivation under normoxic and hypoxic conditions, participates in hepatitis C virus translation, and mediates androgen receptor nuclear translocation.
