For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

PDCD1 (Programmed Cell Death Protein 1, PD-1) is a receptor expressed on activated T lymphocytes that plays a key role in regulating immune responses.
It binds to its ligands PDL-1 and PDL-2 on antigen-presenting cells, transmitting inhibitory signals that limit T-cell activation in the absence of danger signals such as bacterial LPS.
Loss of PD-1 function can lead to hyperactivated immune responses and autoimmune disorders.
Although PD-1 has a predicted molecular weight, it often migrates at a higher apparent molecular weight in SDS-PAGE analysis.
