eBioscience의 FOXP3 단일클론 항체 패널은 인간 FOXP3 단백질의 다양한 에피토프를 인식하며, FOXP3^+ 세포의 아형을 구분하는 연구에 유용합니다.
PCH101 항체는 인간 FOXP3 단백질의 아미노 말단을 인식하며, scurfy 마우스에서 결함이 확인된 FOXP3 유전자의 단백질을 표적합니다.
CD4+CD25+ Treg 세포에서 높은 발현을 보이며, Flow Cytometry 분석 시 0.5–4%의 림프구가 염색됩니다.

PCH101은 rhesus, chimpanzee, cynomolgus에서도 교차 반응성을 보입니다.
추천 동시 사용 항체:

• CD4 (OKT4 또는 RPA-T4)
• CD25 (BC96)

Applications Reported: Intracellular staining 및 Flow Cytometry 분석용.
Applications Tested: 5 µL (0.25 µg)/test 사용 권장.
Laser Compatibility: Green laser (532 nm) 사용, Emission 561 nm. Yellow-Green laser(561 nm)에서는 사용 불가.
Recommended Filter: 560/14 band pass filter.

Target Information

FOXP3 (Forkhead box protein 3)는 면역 항상성 유지에 필수적인 전사 조절 단백질로, CD4+CD25+ 조절 T세포에서 안정적으로 발현됩니다.
FOXP3 결함은 마우스의 scurfy 표현형과 인간의 IPEX 증후군(X-linked autoimmunity-allergic dysregulation)과 관련됩니다.
암세포에서 FOXP3 발현은 DNA 손상 반응 시 p53에 의해 조절됩니다.
