Reconstitute the lyophilized powder with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.

GenScript THE™ HA Tag Antibody [HRP], mAb, Mouse is the biotin-conjugated version of THE™ HA Tag Antibody, mAb, Mouse (A01244), purified from mouse ascites by Protein A affinity chromatography.
This antibody is suitable for detecting the expression level of HA in fusion proteins.
Do not add azide as it inhibits HRP activity.

Target Information

HA Tag (hemagglutinin tag) is an epitope tag used to localize gene products in various cell types, study protein topology and complexes, identify associated proteins, and characterize newly identified or low-abundance proteins when specific antibodies are unavailable.
HA (hemagglutinin) is a surface glycoprotein derived from influenza virus hemagglutinin and is commonly expressed as a tag to aid in identification and purification of tagged proteins for functional studies.
HA tag antibodies facilitate protein detection and co-immunoprecipitation of tagged proteins.
