Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from mouse ascites by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
The RANBP9 gene encodes a protein that binds RAN, a small GTP-binding protein of the RAS superfamily, essential for RNA and protein translocation through the nuclear pore complex. RANBP9 also interacts with multiple proteins including MET proto-oncogene, homeodomain interacting protein kinase 2, androgen receptor, and cyclin-dependent kinase 11.
