Product Specific Information

The 3D12 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CCR7 (CD197), a G-protein-coupled chemokine receptor with seven membrane-spanning domains. CCR7 acts as a receptor for 6Ckine/SLC (CCL19 and CCL21) and plays a key role in T cell migration and dendritic cell maturation.
It distinguishes naive, central, and effector memory T cell populations and is involved in chemotaxis to lymph nodes and immune response regulation.

Target Information

CCR7 belongs to the G protein-coupled receptor family and mediates chemokine signaling. It is expressed in lymphoid tissues, activated B and T lymphocytes, and dendritic cells. CCR7 controls migration of memory T cells to inflamed tissues and promotes dendritic cell maturation.
Its ligands include CCL19 and CCL21, and it is implicated in immune cell trafficking and inflammatory responses.
