Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and expressed, followed by screening to select optimal clones.

Target Information

Cdc37 is a key regulator of the cell division cycle through its interaction with cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs). It also participates in signaling pathways involving kinases such as v-Src, casein kinase II, MPS1 kinase, and the sevenless receptor tyrosine kinase.
Cdc37 (also known as p50) forms complexes with HSP90 and various kinases, including Src-family kinases (Fyn, Yes, Fes, Lck, Fgr), Raf, and pp60v-src. It acts as a molecular chaperone both independently and in cooperation with HSP90, facilitating the binding of HSP90 to Cdk4.
