Product Specific Information
This antibody reacts to Histone H3 monomethylated at Lysine 18 (K18me1).
No cross-reactivity with dimethylated Lysine 18 (K18me2), trimethylated Lysine 18 (K18me3), or other methylations in histone H3.
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems.
The antibody DNA sequences are cloned from immunoreactive rabbits, and individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates.
