Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

It plays critical roles in embryonic development (gastrulation, muscle and neuron development, angiogenesis, kidney formation) and adult processes such as wound healing, organ regeneration, and tissue remodeling.
Dysregulation of MET is associated with multiple cancers including gastric, renal, and breast cancer, making it a key target for cancer research and diagnostic development.
