Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
OBFC1 is a component of the CST complex, which binds single-stranded DNA and protects telomeres from degradation. The CST complex interacts with DNA in a sequence-independent manner and may play a broader role in DNA metabolism beyond telomeres.
