Product Specific Information
- Vial은 복원 전 4°C에서 보관하십시오.
- 장기 보관 시 내용물을 분주 후 -20°C 이하에서 보관하며, 동결/해동 반복을 피하십시오.
- 실온에서 방치 후 완전히 투명하지 않으면 원심분리하여 사용하십시오.
- 희석 전 원액 상태로 4°C에서 수 주간 안정하며, 사용 직전에만 희석하십시오.
- Anti-Peroxidase (horseradish) (Mouse) antibody는 단특이성 항혈청에서 정제된 IgG 분획 항체로, 탈지화, 염분 분획, 이온교환 크로마토그래피 및 완충액에 대한 광범위한 투석 과정을 거쳐 제조되었습니다.
- 면역전기영동 분석 결과, anti-Mouse Serum 및 정제 또는 부분 정제된 Peroxidase (Horseradish)에 대해 단일 침전선이 형성되었습니다.
- 다른 조직 및 종의 Peroxidase에 대한 교차 반응 가능성이 있으나 구체적으로 확인되지는 않았습니다.
