Target Information
TLE1은 여러 전사 인자와 결합하는 전사 억제 단백질로, NF-kappa-B에 의해 조절되는 유전자 발현을 억제합니다. 또한 FOXA2, CTNNB1 및 TCF 계열 전사 인자에 의한 전사 활성화를 억제하며, Wnt 신호전달 경로에 관여합니다. AES와의 결합을 통해 TLE family의 기능이 조절될 수 있으며, ESRRG에 대해서는 비정상적인 공동활성화 기능을 가집니다.
