Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882) before use.
Target Information
Transcriptional corepressor that binds to multiple transcription factors.
Inhibits NF-κB–regulated gene expression and transcriptional activation mediated by FOXA2, CTNNB1, and TCF family members in Wnt signaling.
Full-length TLE family members’ effects may be modulated by association with dominant-negative AES.
Also functions as a coactivator for ESRRG.
