For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

ZEB1 (Zinc finger E-box-binding homeobox 1) acts as a transcriptional repressor and inhibits IL-2 gene expression. It modulates ATP1A1 promoter activity depending on cDNA amount and cell type, represses E-cadherin promoters, and induces epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) via SMARCA4/BRG1 recruitment.
ZEB1 also represses BCL6 transcription in the presence of CTBP1, positively regulates neuronal differentiation, and suppresses RCOR1 transcription during neurogenesis.
Mutations in ZEB1 are associated with corneal dystrophies including posterior polymorphous and Fuchs endothelial dystrophy.
