Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

This gene encodes a member of the adenylate kinase family of enzymes localized to the mitochondrial matrix.
Adenylate kinases regulate adenine and guanine nucleotide compositions within cells by catalyzing the reversible transfer of phosphate groups among these nucleotides.
Five isozymes have been identified in vertebrates, with tissue-specific and developmentally regulated expression.
A pseudogene is located on chromosome 17, and three transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified.
Sequence alignment suggests that the gene defined by NM_013410, NM_203464, and NM_001005353 is located on chromosome 1.
