Product Specific Information
The MJ7/18 monoclonal antibody reacts with the mouse CD105 molecule (Endoglin), a 90 kDa disulfide-linked homodimer expressed by vascular endothelial cells. CD105 is involved in adhesion and embryonic angiogenesis.
Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Tested on mouse brain-derived endothelial (bEnd.3) cells and splenocytes. Recommended ≤0.5 µg/test (in 100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test). Optimal titration recommended.

Target Information
CD105 (Endoglin) is a Type I transmembrane protein highly expressed on vascular endothelial cells. It forms an O- and N-glycosylated homodimer and is upregulated in tumor vasculature and proliferating endothelial cells, serving as a proliferation-associated marker. CD105 binds TGF-β1 and TGF-β3 with high affinity, but not TGF-β2.
