Target Information
E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase involved in the N-end rule pathway. Recognizes and binds proteins with destabilizing N-terminal residues, leading to ubiquitination and degradation. Forms meshwork structures with clathrin for membrane morphogenesis and cytoskeletal organization. Regulates integrin-mediated signaling and may activate FAK in response to cell-matrix interactions. Mediates ubiquitination of ACLY, leading to its degradation.
