Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
The T-box (TBX) motif is found in a family of genes involved in developmental gene regulation. TBX genes are conserved across metazoan evolution and encode transcription factors with a unique DNA-binding domain. Mutations in TBX genes are linked to various human diseases.
