Target Information

CD57 (HNK-1, Leu-7) is an oligosaccharide antigenic determinant found on multiple polypeptides, lipids, and chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans. Its function is not fully understood. CD57 is expressed on a subset of natural killer (NK) cells and NK T cells.
