This NAWESLEE monoclonal antibody reacts to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), a derivative of fluorescein commonly used in flow cytometry and fluorescent microscopy.
FITC-9 can be used for the separation of cells labeled with FITC-conjugated antibodies or for staining.
In some instances, the FITC signal can be quenched by the anti-FITC antibody; therefore, this phenomenon should be evaluated empirically.

Recommended usage ≤ 0.125 µg per test (100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).
