Target Information
MACC1 (Metastasis associated in colon cancer 1)은 HGF-MET 경로의 핵심 조절 인자로, 세포 성장, EMT, 혈관신생, 이동성, 침습성 및 전이에 관여합니다. MACC1 단백질은 ZU5, SH3, 두 개의 C-terminal death domains(DD)로 구성되어 있으며, 정상 조직보다 악성 대장암, 간 및 폐 전이 조직에서 현저히 발현이 증가합니다.
MACC1은 대장암 전이의 초기 예후 인자로 간주되며, MET 신호전달 및 세포자멸사(apoptosis)와 연관되어 있습니다. 또한 MACC1은 대장암 치료의 잠재적 표적 단백질로 연구되고 있습니다. MACC1의 최소 두 가지 이소폼이 존재합니다.
