Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
MAPKAPK2 mediates p38 and ERK signaling in vivo and is involved in stress and inflammatory responses, nuclear export, gene expression regulation, and cell proliferation. It encodes a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family and is regulated through direct phosphorylation by p38 MAP kinase. HSP27 is one of its known substrates. Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified for MAPKAPK2.
