Target Information
IGF1R (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 Receptor)는 IGF-1 및 IGF-2에 의해 활성화되는 수용체 티로신 키나제로, 다양한 암에서 중요한 역할을 함.
이 단백질은 두 개의 알파 및 두 개의 베타 서브유닛으로 구성된 테트라머 형태이며, 알파 서브유닛은 IGF-1에 높은 친화도로 결합함. 결합 후 1134, 1135, 1136 위치에서 자가 인산화가 일어나며, 이후 RAS, RAF, ERK, p38, JNK 경로가 순차적으로 활성화되어 세포 증식 관련 유전자 전사를 유도함.
