Product Specific Information
- Restore with 1.0 mL deionized water (or equivalent).
- Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration (stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid; dilute only prior to immediate use).
- For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below.
- Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Target Information
Anti-RPE (R-Phycoerythrin) antibodies can be used to bind conjugated primary antibody without decreasing fluorescent intensity of the RPE fluorochrome.
This method is used for separation of cells labeled with RPE-conjugated antibodies.
