Product Specific Information
- Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration.
- For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below.
- Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.
- Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
- Stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute only prior to immediate use.
- Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum and Fluorescein conjugated Bovine Serum Albumin.
Target Information
FITC (fluorescein isothiocyanate)는 자외선 또는 청색광을 흡수하여 분자가 들뜬 상태가 되며, 이후 황록색 형광을 방출합니다. 이 형광은 자극광이 제거되면 사라집니다.
형광 표지는 항원-항체 반응의 위치를 신속하고 정확하게 확인할 수 있게 해주며, FITC는 단백질과의 결합이 용이하고 생물학적 활성을 유지하기 때문에 면역형광 기술에서 널리 사용됩니다.
Anti-FITC 항체는 FITC 표지 세포를 자성 마이크로비드 분류를 통해 분리하거나, 배경 신호 제거에 활용할 수 있습니다.
