• In direct ELISAs, 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) CXCL2 is observed.
• No cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) VIC, rmVIC, rhCCL3L1, rhCCL4L1, or recombinant canine IL-8.
• Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

Target Information

CXCL1, CXCL2, and CXCL3 (also known as GRO alpha, GRO beta [MIP-2 alpha], and GRO gamma [MIP-2 beta]) belong to the CXC chemokine subfamily. These proteins bind with high affinity to the IL-8 receptor type B and act as potent neutrophil attractants and activators. In vitro, processed forms such as GRO-alpha(4–73), GRO-alpha(5–73), and GRO-alpha(6–73) exhibit approximately 30-fold higher chemotactic activity.
