Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human GM-CSF R alpha or GM-CSF R beta is observed.
- Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is the alpha subunit of the heterodimeric receptor for colony stimulating factor 2 (CSF2), a cytokine that regulates the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes and macrophages.
This gene is located in the pseudoautosomal region (PAR) of the X and Y chromosomes. Multiple transcript variants exist, producing both membrane-bound and soluble isoforms.
