For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The yeast nucleolar protein NOP7 is essential for the maturation of 66S preribosomes and interacts with multiple proteins. One such protein, the conserved WD repeat protein NSA1, is required for 66S ribosome assembly and is associated with the AAA ATPase Rix7. Release of NSA1 from late nucleolar pre-60S complexes requires Rix7 function. NSA1 upregulation in mammalian cancer cells suggests a potential role in cell proliferation.
