Target Information
Gap junction은 세포 간 접착 부위의 특수화된 구조로, 전자현미경으로 처음 확인되었습니다. 이들은 세포 간에 밀접하게 배열된 막 단백질 채널로 구성되어 있으며, 이 단백질들은 Connexin이라 불립니다.
Connexin 단백질은 조직에 따라 다양하게 발현되며, α형과 β형으로 구분됩니다. 예를 들어 CX43은 α-1 gap junction 단백질, CX32와 CX26은 각각 β-1, β-2 단백질로 분류됩니다.
