Target Information
Cyclin D3 단백질은 세포주기 동안 단백질 양이 주기적으로 변하는 고보존성 사이클린 패밀리에 속합니다. Cyclin D3는 CDK4 또는 CDK6과 복합체를 형성하여 G1/S 전이 단계에서 세포주기 조절에 관여합니다. 또한 종양억제 단백질 Rb의 인산화에 관여하며, UV 조사 후 G2기에서 유사분열로의 진행에도 필요하다고 보고되었습니다.
CCND3 유전자는 Retinoblastoma 및 Plasma Cell Leukemia와 관련이 있습니다.
