Target Information
ACTR1B 유전자는 42.3 kDa의 다이나크틴 서브유닛을 암호화하며, 다이나크틴은 22~150 kDa 크기의 10개 서브유닛으로 구성된 거대 복합체입니다. 다이나크틴은 미세소관 및 세포질 다이네인과 결합하여 ER-골지체 수송, 리소좀 및 엔도좀의 중심 이동, 방추체 형성, 염색체 이동, 핵 위치 결정, 축삭형성 등 다양한 세포 기능에 관여합니다. ACTR1B는 ACTR1A와 유사한 액틴 관련 단백질로, 두 단백질은 90% 아미노산 서열 동일성을 가지며 다이나크틴 복합체에서 약 1:15의 일정한 비율로 존재합니다.
