Target Information
JunB, a member of the Jun cellular oncogene family, is a basic region, leucine zipper transcription factor. It regulates gene activity following the primary growth factor response and binds to the DNA sequence 5'-TGA[CG]TCA-3'. Cellular oncogenes play critical roles in communication pathways that control growth, development, and differentiation.
